Main: Enter the main level either by the front door or through the attached two
car garage, and enjoy a full kitchen (new Jennair glass cook top), microwave
oven, range, New refrigerator/freezer with Ice maker, New dishwasher, service
for 12, utensils, pots and pans, etc., open dining area for eight plus a 2nd
dining area for 6, Sunken sitting area with futon and a gas fireplace plus a 46
inch Flat screen, a separate living room, and powder room.
Lower: The 800 square foot master suite is a getaway in itself with a
king-sized bed, sitting area with a gas fireplace, separate bath area with a
double vanity, walk-in closet, enclosed toilet and bidet, a stall shower,
jetted tub, and private deck. Two additional bedrooms with queen-sized beds and
a shared full bath complete the lower level plus a 2 - 4 person dry sauna in
lower level hallway.
Loft: Accessed by a spiral staircase, the loft
finished in natural wood has 2 bedrooms.

POWDER HOUNDS THAT YOU WILL BE AHEAD OF ALL THE TRAFFIC THAT IS WAITING AT THE
ROAD BLOCK WHEN THE CANYON OPENS FOR UPHILL TRAFFIC. THIS CHANGE HAS ALLOWED ME
TO BE SKIING 1 HOUR BEFORE ALL THE OTHER PEOPLE WAITING AT THE ROAD BLOCK.
